1) Land - Court in Common Law (superior, concurrent, general jurisdiction...have been missing)
2) Sea - Courts in Admiralty (strictly limited jurisdiction)
3) Air - Courts in Commerce (strictly limited jurisdiction)
Judiciary Act of 1790 Created a 2-Court System, so the Saving To Suitors Clause can be used to get us back to Common Law Court
