Discipline vs Motivation

Discipline and motivation are both crucial for achieving goals, but they serve different roles. Discipline involves consistency, self-control, and sticking to a plan, even when motivation wanes. Motivation, on the other hand, provides the initial drive and enthusiasm to start and pursue a task. While motivation can fluctuate, discipline helps maintain progress even when motivation is low. So, they work hand in hand, with discipline often being the backbone that sustains progress over the long term.
