A counter-proposal by Israel is expected to be presented to Hamas soon over the Gaza truce pact. The claim was made by the Qatar Foreign Ministry hours after Israeli's spy chief left Doha. Majed Al-Ansari said Qatar is "cautiously optimistic" about the ongoing ceasefire talks. The Qatari officials, however, claimed that this is not the final step in the process. Watch for more.
