Just watched a show about the early 1990's investigation into the 2 Boeing 737's that crashed killing all onboard, and a third incident that involved the same equipment failure, where the captain was able to just barely land. They finally figured out that it was a hydraulic rudder malfunction due to extreme cold and heated hydraulic fluid causing them to actually function in the opposite direction the pilot was commanding with the foot pedal. Ok. Mechanical problems happen. But, the NEW incidences seem to be a matter of diversity hiring of incompetent people, and as the poor gentleman who most certainly did NOT off himself said, the department that did quality checks was eliminated, and this is just me, thinking, how do we know these are "accidents" and not acts committed by lone wolf terrorist newcomers?
