Kenya puts police deployment to Haiti on hold

As Haiti remains gripped in gang violence, Kenya’s plan to send police forces there has been paused, following the resignation of the country’s prime minister. Meanwhile, the US says it’s ready to give $300 million to a Kenyan-led security mission once it reaches the island state. We hear from former CIA analyst and CEO of BERG Associates, Larry Johnson, who says the money and aid sent by Washington never ends up in the hands of the Haitian people.
