pull ups 5 sets (max each)
low incline DB press 3x10-12
DB pull over 3x12-15
one arm DB row 3x12-15
overhead tricep extension 2x15-20 (oops)
seated DB curl 2x15-20 (DOUBLE OOPS)
it was a great workout nonetheless
