This one was very emotional to write.
I must have broken three times and had to stop at least three times… still not as bad as “Lonely Winter” but in that one I was holding back so much pain from not mourning the loss of my friend for the last 10 years. This feels a different kinda grief and sadness.

The feeling that I don’t get to go home and visit as much as I should, due to situations and constraints beyond my control.
But wanting to come back is different: When life makes it difficult.

That sadness you feel when so much has changed, you go home and certain people are gone, for example. That’s a painful feeling too, I feel like my heart is in two places, like a dead letter. Stuck at the post office between a location that cant be found and place that no longer exists.
