If you ask people if they believe in ghosts, a good amount of them would probably just laugh in your face. Sure, maybe, but only maybe, some of them might tell you that ghosts are a possibility, but even they won’t be that sure that ghosts exist.

Although many won’t admit to it, humans would actually prefer to believe that there is some sort of afterlife. The mere thought of mortality leaves a sour taste in our mouth and the shortness of our time on Earth is unacceptable. But what if it is actually true? What if we don’t cease to exist after we die? There have been many theories, ranging from the ones where your soul goes to Heaven or to Hell, to ones where you have to make peace with your death to be able to carry on to the next side. Either one brings the possibility of otherworldly beings living on this planet at the same time as us, and it wouldn’t mean anything to us, except that there have been many footages that actually show these ghosts.
