READING THE BIBLE IN 1 YEAR: Deuteronomy Chapter 1

In Deuteronomy Chapter 1 Moses appoints Joshua as his replacement to lead the people of Israel into the Promised Land (aka The Land of Milk and Honey).
This chapter also shows the disobedience of the Children of Israel in verses: 26-28: But you were unwilling to go up; you rebelled against the command of the Lord your God, You grumbled in your tents and said, “The Lord hates us; so he brought us out of Egypt to deliver us into the hands of the Amorites to destroy us. Where can we go? Our brothers have made us lose heart. They say, “The people are stronger and taller than we are; the cities are large, with walls up to the sky…”
Yet, God still loves his people and keeps his oath to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
Join us as we continue on our journey through the Bible. In this online Bible Study, we learn the history of things still impacting us today and are building an online Community where we can work to share the Good News of the Bible.
