The Hebrew Worldview, Ep 17: Beginning the Assault

Joseph's enslavement in Egypt was no mistake. We understand when we read the text of Genesis that God planned for him to be there. But why? Egypt was the first kingdom against whose supernatural rulers God would go to war. And based on available archaeological findings, we can fairly confidently place Joseph within Egyptian history, discovering insights into the state of Egypt at the time, setting the stage for the Exodus, the first battle of the cosmic assault against the fallen sons of God.
