Late dinner and an early morning meant I had to back down to conditioning Minimum Effects Volume (MEV) of the “Firstborn Trials” or the basic, 3-Checkpoint 25K.

This is generally the case on Monday’s, which is ideal because it leaves some in the tank to get a good pulling session in, a productive day at work and then an early dinner to set the rest of the week up for success.
