Zeer clay pot cold storage

The pot needs to be kept in a warm and dry place so that the water evaporates.
The sand needs to be re-hydrated ever so often as well.
I would use a thick opaque lid.

The best wai to keep fruits and veggies fresh is to keep them on the plant of course :) Using this technique you can keep them for 5-7 days.
