Can you confirm that such an event actually took place in the European Parliament? And I say, yes, I can confirm that I was one of the co-organizers. Well, have you checked all these people, what they said, do you agree with everything? And I said, no, I did not check them and I'm not an expert in this field. But that's the whole idea of an open society. Where we allow everybody with different opinions, especially with certain expertise, to share their findings and their opinions, and let us debate on them. None of us have a direct connection, I would say, with God. We are not prophets, where God can whisper in your ear that this is the truth and this is a lie. We as a society, we discover the truth through debate, through findings, through research and through criticism. (01:03): The old philosophers said that a statement might be true if it resists to any criticism. Well, in the European Parliament, for example, often it happened. When my mic was cut off because the Chair said, "Well, you know, you are too tough on certain things." So the third edition, the fact that it happened in the European Parliament, I have to tell you, you opened the eyes of many of my colleagues. They found out about it even during the event, but mainly after the event, when they saw the reactions on Twitter. And I got messages, "Man, is this true? I want to be part of this. I want to know more." And I said, "Well, here's the link and look at the whole event. And you decide for yourself if you agree with these findings or not." (02:02): Two, three months after I posted the ISE3 on my YouTube channel and the press conference that we had afterwards, the videos were banned by YouTube. So the lesson learned after that was, every time when you have an event like this recorded, put it on different sticks, hide those sticks somewhere, just in case, and eventually put these clips, whatever you have, these recordings on multiple platforms because you don't know, when at a click of a distance, they will cancel, they will delete, they will remove these videos and, nevertheless, the truth. You guys are right now in a former communist country. (02:54): This huge building that we are in right now is the second-biggest building in the world after Pentagon in Washington, DC. Many people died and the whole country, the whole nation suffered to build this huge house. But we also, what we have in our capital, if you go outside of this building to all these streets and to all these squares, 30 some years ago, in the month of December, 1989, people actually died here for freedom. I was 11 years old. I'm from the northwest part of Romania, but we also have some fights over there back then. But we were watching TV for the first time for more than two hours per day, 'cause that's how much you could watch TV during communism, two hours. And out of two hours an hour was simply propaganda. In 1986-1987, the former Dictator Ceausescu said, "Okay, we will give you not two hours, we will give you three hours of TV shows. Doesn't matter. (04:06): So imagine our whole country who could watch TV 24/7, pretty much. We were all in front of TV. And I remember people screaming, yelling in these streets in Bucharest saying, "We will die and we will be free." Now, many people asked in Brussels, "Why it was us?" Few members of the European Parliament from Eastern Europe who led this fight against all those abusive measures during the Covid pandemic. And my answer was, because of that. Because we are coming from Eastern Europe. Not only that, we learn what tyranny is. We actually lived in it. (04:56): Clearly, we had our grandparents, our parents telling us how communism was started in Romania but in Western Europe, you were blessed to live in a free society after the second World War, we were not. Experiences like the one that I just shared with you, you can find talking to any Romanian. Imagine growing up before you go to school to stay in line as a kid, 6, 7, 9, 10 years old to buy bread, to buy milk, to buy meat, everything was rationalized. You could not eat enough. There was not enough food, there was not enough of anything. (05:44): So for us in the European Parliament realizing what it is happening, that was the click. We said, "Man, we don't want to live in this kind of society anymore." And we will keep telling our colleagues, I said, "Man, it is not okay for the government, for yourself to force people to be injected with a medical product, maybe, that they don't want. I'm not debating here if these medical products, so-called vaccines are good or not. That's your job as experts. What I'm debating here as an elected official is the following. Do I have the right and the authority, the legal and the moral authority to impose a medical product through a political vote in people's body? (06:33): Yes or no? That's the thing. So when we had a debate in the European Parliament, I asked some of these experts that came from the European Commission, I said, I will base my vote on the digital Covid certificate, the digital green certificate on one single issue alone, can someone die after being injected with this vaccine? Yes or no? That's the only thing that I need to know. And they replied back and said, "Yeah, but look how many people we are saving." That was not the question. I restate my question, "Can someone die after being vaccinated?" And they say, "Yeah, but even if you take Advil, you can die." I said, "That is true." It might be true because every medical product has an adverse effect or could have. But I said, "You are not asking me to vote on the law that will conditions the exercise, the fundamental rights of so many people by getting an Advil. (07:24): So at least in my question, can someone die after being vaccinated? And one guy said, "Yes, probabilistically, statistically yes." And I said, "In this case, I'm against it. Why? Because I don't have the power and the authority to play with anybody's lives." I'm not God and I don't want to play God. If a person wants to make that decision, to be injected with such a medical product, that should be the decision, solely, the decision of that person, not mine. I swore an oath when I was elected in the office to defend the basic fundamental rights of all the people and I stick with it. (08:09): So a few days ago, the European Commission released an official answer to one of my colleagues, the Croatian guy. The one with long here, Ivan Sincic. He asked, "In the amount of August this year, how many people died after being injected with this medical product?" And the answer was the following, and I quote, "11,977 people died spontaneously," and I repeat, spontaneously. They were injected and they died a few minutes later. 11,977, that's a lot of people. And they even clarify in the answer that this is not including people who died after side effects months or years after being vaccinated. So what we see right now happening around us is pretty much a genocide. (09:15): And as someone said, "It's very important to learn from history's mistakes, to make sure that we will not repeat them." And this is our job, your job as experts and us as elected officials. Yesterday, my colleagues, George [inaudible 00:09:33] and Claudio [inaudible 00:09:35] said a very interesting thing. That your expertise and your statements during those dark times, it meant a lot to us. Because for us, for example, as elected officials, when we counter this pressure to vote for these insane measures, we usually relied on legal and reasonable arguments. As I said, the person should have a free and informed consent. But during that time, each one of you who had a public opinion, a public reaction saying from your expertise in the medical field that this is not okay, he just added to that argument. Yesterday, many of you explained why fear is so dangerous as a society, and that is true. (10:30): When everybody's telling you, you're going to die, you're going to die, you're going to die if you don't do this. After a while, you get crazy and it obviously will not react to reasonable thinking. This is the reason why in this kind of world that we live in right now, we need to speak the truth. It doesn't matter if at the beginning not many people will follow us or will believe us. The time is going to prove if we are right or we are wrong. (11:01): And the time is proving right now that we were clearly right to defend the fundamental rights of people on our side and on your side to fight for everything that you swore on as a doctor. You should be allowed to prescribe any treatment that you consider is good and positive for your patient. It is absurd for me as an elected official to vote in the Parliament what prescription you can give to a person. Because if that's the case, I said it in the parliament, well then let's get rid of all the doctors and let's have a compromise in the Parliament. What prescriptions can you give to any patient? (11:44): So what happened during this time is a learning lesson, I would say, for all of our societies. I think everything that you guys started when you started with the International Covid Summit, the first edition, you don't even realize what you started. Because, look, I'm not telling you from my perspective as an elected member of the European Parliament, initially, when we reacted the way we did to everything that happened during the pandemic, we erected because it affected us as well. We could not enter the Parliament, for example, unless we were either vaccinated or tested, and I refused to comply with that order. I was the only one. I received the highest fine in the history of the European Parliament for doing that, and I don't care. I did not even challenge that fine. (13:48): But now when you go around and you see people, unknown people who are stopping you on the street and say, "Hey man, thank you. Thank you for fighting for us." Usually I have to change two flights to come from Brussels to Romania. I have pilots who are coming to me thanking not only to me, but to all my colleagues because the same thing happens to this group of MEPs that fought against these ugly measures, "Thank you so much for fighting for us." Well, this is where we are right now. We need to fight together. Clearly, we will fight our fight in the European Parliament and in the Romanian Parliament. (14:27): Because you see that party that you see over there, Alliance for the Union of Romanians, if it wouldn't be for this party, which had only 10% in the Parliament, we would've had a Romania, the Digital Green Certificate implemented. So this is proving that if you work together, the medical expertise with elected officials, we are able to stop this. I'm not going to be concerned about what caused the death. We're just going to count deaths. And I'm going to show you data for Romania as well. And all of the graphs and results that I will be presenting are in several scientific reports that I've, myself and collaborators have been writing for the last three or more years. And they can be found on this website, the scientific reports. And these are my main collaborators on the all-cause mortality research. And two of them are in the room here with us. They're from Prague. And another place that I told them I wouldn't forget the name of, and I just did, I'm sorry about that, Jérémie. (01:05) And so I want to start the historic record, almost 1900. I'll show some data starting in 1900. I'm going to start really at the beginning of COVID if you like. Now all-cause mortality, you're just counting deaths. And this is the case of France from 1946 on, just after the Second World War. And what you find everywhere in the Northern Hemisphere is that death is higher, is larger in the wintertime and it comes down in the summertime. And so it has a seasonal pattern that's very regular. This has been known for more than a hundred years. And I would argue that it's not completely understood. I would argue that it's far from completely understood, but this is what the pattern looks like by month. So we're looking at mortality by month in France. And if you integrate by year, by cycle year around each winter from summer to summer in France, it looks like this. So there can be an intense winter followed by a lower winter and so on. And the pattern looks like that. (02:17) So since the end of the Second World War, mortality on a population basis has been decreasing mostly. And it's typically 1% of the population that dies in a given year. So this is the kind of data we're going to deal with. And that last year is the first year of the so-called pandemic. And now if we go to the USA, to give another example, I can do all-cause mortality. This is by year now for a particular age group. This is the 15 to 24 year old age group. And I've separated into male and female. So you've got the two colors there. And this graph allows us to illustrate what you can see when you measure mortality, which is a hard figure. Nobody can tell you that the government didn't count the deaths correctly because they're very serious about counting deaths and it's a legalistic process. And so this is hard data. And this is what you see. (03:18) You see that there was an event in 1918, that event was recovered by the CDC and called the Spanish Flu. I know, and there are several scientific articles that show that this was not a viral respiratory disease. No one over 50 years old died in that huge peak of mortality. Only young adults and families and teenagers died in that peak. And the rich didn't die in that period. So that was 1918. And then in the United States you have something called the Great Depression. Huge economic collapse followed by an economic related the Dust Bowl, which was an environmental catastrophe partly. And those were the big hardships, recent hardships in the USA. And you can see the mortality there in both men and women in those periods. Then in the Second World War, you see that men have a mortality, whereas women do not. And I think we all understand why. And in the Vietnam War period, you can see that there's a hump in mortality for the men. This is what you can see in all-cause mortality. (04:30) And so in conclusion, I've been studying all-cause mortality extensively in more than a hundred countries on all the continents except Antarctica obviously, and in great detail by unit time, by week, by day, by month, by age group, by sex. And I can tell you that the only thing you can see in all-cause mortality data are the following things. Seasonal variations, like I explained. A maximum in the winter and in the southern hemisphere it's reversed. Their winter is our summer. That's when they have a maximum of mortality. In the equatorial region, there is no seasonal variation in mortality. There's no spikes, it's a flat line. So there's seasonal variation that follows the hemispheres. You can see wars, like I mentioned. You can see economic collapses, huge economic collapses that affect populations. You can see summer heat waves in northern latitudes that are not used to having a very hot period in the summer, that kills people, sometimes because they fall down the stairs when it's really hot, but it kills people. And you can see a peak that lasts about a week in one of these hot spells. (05:44) You can see earthquakes. Right away, you see the earthquake. People get crushed by buildings. You count the dead and you see a peak due to earthquakes. But we do not see or detect any of the CDC claimed pandemics that occurred in 1957, '58, '68, 2009. Those pandemics, those so-called pandemics do not give rise to any excess all-cause mortality that can be detected in any jurisdiction and or by any mean. Excess death cannot be detected on the national or state scale for these so-called pandemics. So they did not cause excess death, whatever they are. And then you have... I explained 1918. Then we have the COVID period. And in the COVID period there was a huge assault. There were many, a multi-pronged assault against people, vulnerable people in many different jurisdictions. So depending on what the state did before they brought in the vaccines... I'll talk about the vaccines as well. But depending on what the states did, they caused excess mortality, sometimes huge amounts of it. And I'll show you examples of that. (07:00) So first I want to tell you that something just happens socially as part of the propaganda, which has that the Nobel Prize was awarded for this so-called vaccine. And I want to show you how absurd this is because all the politicians that were supporting this were claiming that tens of millions of lives were saved by the vaccine, this magical vaccine for which we had given the Nobel Prize. Well, we looked at that, we looked at the basis for that claim, and the basis for the claim is an article that appeared in Lancet Infectious Diseases in 2022 by Watson et al. And they claim that between 14 and 19 million lives were saved. So we as physicists, as scientists, we said, "Okay, if that's what you're claiming, let's calculate and see what that would look like on the scale of all-cause mortality by time." (07:54) And so let's start somewhere and let's go to Canada and we see the seasonal cycle. So this is all-cause mortality on a scale that starts at zero. And let's look at the seasonal variation. That vertical line is the declaration of the pandemic. The very first peak you see in blue there, is Canada killing elderly people and vulnerable people in hospitals and in care homes because of the aggressive initial treatments because they were concerned about this so-called pandemic. And this happened in many hotspots in western countries, but it did not happen in any of the Eastern European countries or in Russia. So depending on the country, depending on what they did, that's the thing. It did not happen in Germany where they were not doing this. Okay. Then we go on and we bring in the vaccines and they are claiming that this vaccine, which is the number of vaccines, is that gray curve. That's the cumulative vaccine doses being given in Canada. (08:56) And what you see is they're claiming that, "Thank God we brought in the vaccines at that time because otherwise we would've had the mortality in red there." They're claiming that their vaccines saved us from having the mortality in red that they calculated. They're claiming that there would've been mortality like we've never seen in the history of a human society. And that thank God this vaccine came at just the time when there would have been this incredible mortality and saved us and brought down the mortality to basically the same level we've always had. That's what the vaccine did. Not halfway down, not somewhere in between, but just brought things down. This is the magic of the vaccine that is explained by the magic of mathematical models written by bought out scientists working for bought out politicians. So it is not true. The vaccine did not save lives. (09:50) In fact, and I'll show Romania. I'll skip some slides. This is Canada again. But instead of showing raw all-cause mortality, we've corrected the mortality to show only the excess of mortality and therefore you have a flat baseline until the pandemic and then you can see the excesses that occur at various times depending on what the government was doing. And again, the curve of predicted saved lives. Now, we can do this in the United States. The United States was a country that have many more vulnerable people, health-wise than Canada and treated them very aggressively. So the baseline, if you like, excess all-cause mortality in blue there has huge features which you do not see in Canada. And this is a very strange virus that we're dealing with here because it carries a passport. It refused to cross from the US into Canada, despite the fact that it's thousands of kilometers of the two biggest exchange partners on the continent. (11:01) The vaccine was not crossing borders. It didn't cross initially into Germany. When we draw maps of intensity of excess mortality, we see that the vaccine has definite passports depending on jurisdiction. In other words, this was not a spreading viral respiratory disease. Our conclusion from studying all the all-cause mortality, I'll tell you our conclusion before we get there, is that there are data, this hard data contradicts the idea that there was a particularly virulent pathogen that came onto the planet and that spread and that caused havoc by itself. Instead what we see is that everywhere that there is excess mortality, you can understand it in terms of the incredible aggressive treatments that were done and the vaccines, which we can quantify. I gave you the conclusion ahead of time, I'm skipping ahead a bit, but no matter. This is what Europe looks like, over all Europe or the countries that we were able to include here. It looks quite similar to the US, the situation in the US. (12:06) Now let me show you Romania. In Romania there is no excess mortality at the beginning right after the pandemic is announced, that just is a feature of hotspots in the Western European countries. But then there is a massive excess peak that starts. We're going to talk about that a little bit more because we don't... I'm starting to understand it as I talk to people who know more about Romania. And then the vaccines are rolled out. And I know that Romanians didn't get vaccinated maybe as much as others, but still, the claim in this theoretical paper is that the excess mortality would've been that red line if there had not been the vaccines. But what I see when I look at that pattern is that there's a peak right when you start rolling out the vaccines, then there's a really large peak when you roll them out again and then you see that last peak there is directly associated to the booster doses that we're given. So I'm going to look at that in some detail at the end of the talk when I talk about Romania. (13:11) So coming back to all-cause mortality, not this theoretical redline stuff of what theorists are telling us, but coming back to the hard data, this is what it looks like in the United States. So on the bottom you have all-cause mortality by month. You have the vertical line in each graph that shows the announcement of the pandemic. And mysteriously, at the announcement of the pandemic, there are hotspots synchronously at the same time in hotspots around the world where there's this huge initial peak of mortality. I was the first to write an article about that and to point out that normally viruses do not follow political directives and they don't, so it has to be something else. And also there's no evidence that there was spread in this feature. (13:58) It happens synchronously in the whole northern hemisphere for example. And there's no evidence that it then spread. It was localized, it stayed there and it was due mostly to extremely aggressive medical treatments because the medical teams were told, they were propagandized that there was this horrible virulent thing that was just going to come down on us. And now we've just announced it's a pandemic. So they had a license to try whatever help they could give and sometimes they prescribe too much. They intube people with mechanical respirators, a ghastly thing to do. And the places that did this most aggressively, these treatments, and we can follow that in our data, had the largest peaks of this type. Northern Italy, even Stockholm was protecting the elderly especially, and they had a peak like that. And New York City obviously is well known. So this is mainly the New York City peak that you see in the US data here. Then the curve in the middle, is all-cause mortality again, but by week now, a finer time resolution. So you can see more of the details. And the curve on top is a blowup of that. (15:12) And what you see for the first time in recorded history in the US and the mortality history is peaks occurring in midsummer in the United States. Unheard of. And so I put black dots there to show them. The first one occurs at a time when they were really aggressing poor people who live in the very hot southern states. And the integrated mortality for that correlates with poverty. If you were poor, you died at that time. If you were not, you didn't die. And then they brawled out the vaccines. And the summer peak you get on rolling out the vaccine there is from what they called vaccine equity, which meant they hired thousands of people in the US to go and vaccinate everyone who hadn't been vaccinated yet, who was resisting or who was far away in a care home. And they aggressively went and vaccinated all those people. It was funded by Gates and all those people and they produced that huge peak of mortality in the US there. So that's what the US mortality in recent times COVID looks like. (16:19) If you look at now mortality in the US by age group, you can see the age groups there, zero to 24 years, 25 to 44 and so on, before they vaccinate, the percent increase the excess mortality expressed as a percent of the baseline mortality for the age group, looks like that on top. And in the vaccination period, the age structure of mortality changes dramatically and shifts towards younger individuals. That doesn't mean that quantitatively the elderly were not dying. Most of the deaths are in the elderly as you would expect, but this is expressed as a percentage of the baseline. So in those terms it shifts to younger people. And in the US the total excess mortality in the COVID period as a whole correlates perfectly with poverty in the state for the 50 states in the United States. You will never see this in social science, such a strong correlation. It's very rare. (17:20) And not only is it a strong correlation, we call it... It's technically called a very good correlation when it's that value of the correlation coefficient. And it goes through the origin, which means it's not just a correlation, it's a proportionality. The more poor you had in the state, the more people died in that state. Directly proportional. So this tells you... That's another thing that viruses don't do. They don't select to only kill poor people. That doesn't happen. That's not a signature of a viral infection. So our model of what's been going on to cause mortality in the great majority of jurisdictions that we saw is the following model. We stress the literature... Well, first of all there is what governments did. The socioeconomic impact. Many people lost their jobs, lost their social contacts, lost their regular activities, lost their position in society. So incredible stress related to that. There was regulatory rules of all kinds. There was institutional pressures put on people. There were all kinds of conditions that you know about. (18:30) And in some countries it was much more violent than others. In Peru, they hired 10,000... They called in 10,000 military reservists right away to go and find all the people that could be found that would test positive for COVID and they would extract them from their families no matter how old they were and isolate them. And there's a huge mortality peak in Peru as a result of that practice. So there was aggression. It caused psychological stress and social isolation. And scientifically that is known to depress the immune system dramatically. This is very well established. It's a whole area of science to study this relationship with stress. And so therefore you have that reduction in the immune system, and so you are more vulnerable to every kind of infection. And when you have in a large population depressed immunity, one of the organs that's most susceptible to immediately being infected is the lungs, because you already have an entire ecosystem of bacteria and everything in your own mouth and in your respiratory tract, and many of those can become quite dangerous to your lungs. So you get bacterial pneumonia. (19:45) And my time's up and I didn't even get to the vaccines or Romania. So I'll just show you the Romania data. Okay. So again, this is years of work, more than 30 scientific reports about science related to COVID that you could find on my various websites, on our websites and the one I gave. And so if we look at, this is how we prove that the vaccines were actually causing the death, is that every time you rolled out a dosed, you got immediately following an excess mortality. So this is the case of Israel. So doses one and two, then the first booster, the second booster, and so on. And you can do it by age group like we're doing it here. You start with the most elderly and you go down by age. (20:32) And what you find is that by age, the toxicity of the vaccine, because we come to understand that the vaccine is a toxic substance that each person is going to react to differently, just like in toxicology, that if you give more doses, it's more dangerous because there's damage from the first doses. All the principles of toxicology are being followed here in addition to the high age dependence. So what we found is that there is an exponential increase in the toxicity of the vaccine per dose. And the doubling time by age is four or five years of age. So your risk of dying per injection doubles every four or five years in age. (21:14) In Israel, for example, if you're 80 plus years old, you're getting into almost a 1% death chance when you get infected and it's higher in other countries. So we looked at Peru, you can see the massive peak there in Peru due to the military coming in. Here, this is the 90 plus age group. You can see the doses being rolled out. The one in color is the fourth dose, the peaks that are associated with it. And then we follow it as a function of age all the way down. We've got a lot of good data. (21:49) And then we do a graph of what happened in Peru, and we can do the same thing for Chile. And we see that those four in both of those countries gave that exponential rise, always the same doubling time, four or five years. And you're getting into one death per 20 injections here in the 90 plus year olds. So it was the elderly people that were mostly killed by the vaccines in terms of all-cause mortality. Of course the young suffered death and all kinds of horrible side effects and so on. But in terms of mortality, the big groups that were dying that were contributing to the excess mortality is the elderly. (22:28) And so that's the conclusions about vaccines. So from this work, we're able to calculate how many people would've died globally, given that we've studied so many countries now and we find that 17 million people were killed by the vaccines on the planet. That's our number. And I'm going to ignore that buzzer because I want to show you Romania. This is the data for Romania by age group. This is the correlation between the vaccine roll outs in dark blue and these huge peaks in excess mortality in Romania. There's no initial peak like you see in the western countries. There's that one with the question mark that we have hypotheses about and something very horrible happened in Romania to explain that. We have ideas about it. And then you have the vaccine deaths, and the last one is the booster. And so in Romania we did a preliminary analysis of that booster and it is killing, you get one death per five or 10 injections in the 80 plus year olds in Romania from the boosters. That's our conclusion, preliminary conclusion on the Romanian data. And that's my conclusion with the talk. And that's it. (23:42) I can give it to you. Or it was actually the last slide, which I forgot to show. But no, that may be complicated. I don't... Oh, is it on now? No, no, it's not possible, I think. Correlation-canada.org. This site, when you go to research, the research end, there's peer reviewed papers in there, there's scientific reports and there's some amazing work, theoretical work as well that proves, for example... I'm going to tell you this because it's too important. You've got to look through these papers. We have proven that if you accept theoretical epidemiology as it was used by governments, you can show that if you want to protect elderly people, the worst thing you can do is isolate them in care homes and in their homes. It is absolutely the thing that will maximize infections and death. And we showed that it's now a peer-reviewed accepted paper, and we showed that that was true in general for the elderly. (25:43) So the governments have been saying we have to protect the elderly by isolating them and preventing them from being infected. And we proved using standard epidemiological models with all the possible parameters that the opposite is true. So the government has been truly lying on that. They should know better. These models have existed for a decade. So that's just another example of the work we do. 'No Lives Were Saved' by COVID-19 Vaccines, Scientists Estimate The Epoch Times Frontline Health October 6, 2023 https://www.theepochtimes.com/epochtv/no-lives-were-saved-by-covid-19-vaccines-canadian-scientists-estimate-5505337 The pattern of excess deaths recorded in the South-East Asian country of Malaysia during the COVID-19 pandemic shocked a Canadian research team when they studied the overall death rates there. The number of deaths clearly increased, but upon closer examination, they noticed that the excess deaths did not coincide with the time when the pandemic was declared. Instead, it had a strong correlation with the timing of the COVID-19 vaccine program rollout. The same thing happened in nine other countries: Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Paraguay, Philippines, Singapore, Suriname, Thailand, and Uruguay. After studying over a dozen countries in the Southern Hemisphere, the scientists concluded that the 13.5 billion COVID vaccines that were given out worldwide caused 17 million people to lose their lives from the vaccines alone. But the death-rate data for elderly people aged 90 or older was the worst—one in 20 lost their lives after the vaccines were rolled out. ICS (International COVID Summit) At The EU Parliament Summary: Dr. Malone's Summary Video And Transcript By Robert W Malone MD, MS May 4, 2023 https://rwmalonemd.substack.com/p/ics-at-the-eu-parliament-summary Yesterday, the third International COVID Summit was held at the European Parliament. As noted by the European Parliament Members in attendance, this was an historic event. The summit lasted all day, with many fantastic speakers. It was live streamed and recordings of the many speakers will be made available soon. The ICS summit covered all aspects of the pandemic, as well as the documentation of the increasing power grab by the World Health Organization to control public health and increased control by organized globalized entities throughout the world. At the end of the day, I was asked to give a summary of the day’s highlights. This was no small task - but I gave it my best shot. Please pardon my “ums,” I was stumbling over the many new names and concepts that I had to quickly collate in my own mind on short notice. As an organizing member (and I suppose co-founder) of the International COVID summit, I have been amazed at how these events have come together. This particular summit has been a huge success. Today, a press conference was held with the members of EU Parliament who helped organize this event, myself and Dr. Byram Bridle. There was much excitement about the high quality, primary data shared at the meeting and the need for the media to participate more actively in disseminating the important work of these scientists. People at the Parliament, including MEPs are enthusiastic about an ICS book of the presentations presented at the EU Parliament be published soon. At that press conference, it was announced by Romanian officials that they wish for an International COVID summit to be held in Romania in September of this year. Another European nation, which I am not privy to name yet, has also expressed a strong interest in having a summit in their country’s legislative body as well. This is real progress! Last week, I put out a call for donations and so many of readers responded. We raised just about $10,000.00, which helped pay for the event venue on May 1st. This day was a closed session of about 100 doctors and scientists, who were able to discuss their findings in detail and strategize in this confidential forum. It also helped pay for a media event and open public sessions, which are being held today. ................. Transcript of the International COVID Summit Summary Statement Dr. Robert W. Malone Four members of the European Parliament (EP) have basically given rise to this growing momentum here in the European Parliament of willingness to recognize the truths that have occurred despite all of the propaganda, censorship, defamation, and other malicious activities that have been deployed on them and so many others across the world. The two members that initially spoke, Mr. Christian Terhes (Romania) and Mr. Ivan Sincic (Croatia) emphasized that we should allow scientists to speak, and that this pandemic of the COVID narrative has finally collapsed. And with this conference, they had hoped, and I think we have succeeded, in demonstrating the failures of that approved narrative. That being the truth that has been revealed over the last three years thanks to these many researchers and all of those that work with them to provide this information for us. Dr. David Martin (United States) discussed that he had warned the European Parliament years ago about the risks of allowing the licensure or the patenting of genetic organisms and the proceeding of gain of function research. He had anticipated many years ago and warned the parliament about the risks that might incur if we allowed these policies, and then documented extensively how humanity has been hijacked, morality has been hijacked, science has been hijacked, nature has been hijacked, all in the service of a universal vaccine template with a presumed hundred percent protection. He called out that this must be reversed, that we must have in the future, 100% product liability for those that wish to impose these or other new technologies on the populations of the world. Nick Hudson (South Africa) from PANDATA (Panda), who I have known personally and who has worked very, very hard with his group (always been willing to challenge the dominant narrative) shared with us that we really have had false narratives dominating world discussion and press for these last three years. That false narratives included that these were deadly viruses, that there was no preexisting immunity, that this was a novel virus, that everyone was susceptible to this disease, that we had asymptomatic transmission, that the lockdown saved lives, that the mask mandates reduced transmission. Every one of these things was a lie, and yet they were repeatedly propagandized and distributed throughout the world in a harmonized fashion that I think has left all of us in awe. If nothing else, we must give credit to those who have deployed this propaganda. I think it is one of the most amazing demonstrations of modern PSYOPs and propaganda, as was well demonstrated during the various presentations. Dr. Ciro Isidoro (Italy) demonstrated that this is not really a novel disease, it's an old disease, and emphasized that you can't find the cause of death if you do not do autopsies. You can't save COVID patients with paracetamol and watchful waiting. He also presented a lesson that was repeatedly emphasized throughout the conference: Spike is a toxin. This is something that I was roundly attacked for saying over two years ago, and I'm very reassured to see that this is now universally accepted, at least within our community. Dr. Giovanni Meledandri (Italy) demonstrated and spoke about the evolution of coronavirus, which demonstrates a pattern of disease attenuation, and as many had predicted that what we have seen during this outbreak is absolutely the selection of vaccine resistant mutants. Although we have seen the rise in infectivity with the latest Arcturus variant, the infections are ocular. As has been the case with viral outbreaks throughout history, we've seen the increasing attenuation of the virus and its reduction in pathogenicity now to the point where we really just have something akin to a normal circulating respiratory virus, the likes of which we have seen throughout all of our lives as physicians and as general members of the patient population. Dr. Stramezzi (Italy) emphasized the importance of early responses in Italy, and most importantly that it was known in June of 2020 that COVID was a treatable disease. Despite the various efforts from throughout the world, in particular the Italian authorities, to suppress that information and to encourage the narrative that this was a novel disease that was highly pathogenic, that required sophisticated novel treatments, Dr. Stramezzi gave us a great lesson in the ability of a well-trained physician to obtain and derive and demonstrate the ability to treat a respiratory virus with existing agents. This is a theme that has been echoed throughout this conference and throughout the world, starting with the original International COVID Summit, which pioneered bringing together physicians from all over the world to demonstrate in particular and discuss and share with each other best practices in early treatment. And as I think that this whole series of International COVID summits, I just want to give a shout-out to the two organizers that always wish to remain anonymous, Lilly (Canada) and Rob (Italy), who are not medical professionals. They're brave, committed individuals who felt the call to duty and stood up at a time when everyone else was afraid and said, "We are going to get these conferences started and run and operated." They have encountered repeated obstacles throughout the history of the International COVID Summit and have overcome every single one. I can't tell you how many times we thought this particular conference was going to come to naught. And yet here we are, I think with one of the most successful ICS conferences to date. Moving on, Dr. Luis Fouche (France) gave us a great essay on the effects of mandates, early treatment, and he particularly focused on masks and associated data. He explained that there's no utility for masks for preventing Coronavirus infection, which I know will shock most of you (sarcasm). As early as March 2020, the evidence existed that masks could cause harm, that the CDC evidence for mask use is not existent or weak, that masks do not work in schools – as shown by studies in the European Union, that the data are quite clear, that the lockdowns in the European Union increased the speed of transmission by 50% relative to Sweden. That's shocking to me. Lockdowns must be avoided and mask use in children absolutely must be avoided going forward for these types of respiratory diseases. I think that's something we can all get behind. Professor Dr. Phillipe Brouqui (France) forgive me if I'm mispronouncing, gave us his analysis of the IHU experience in use of hydroxychloroquine to treat COVID disease. We were unfortunately deprived of the opportunity that many of us looked forward to, for Professor Didier Raoult (France, also of IHU) to share his time and insight. I remember personally how badly Dr. Raoult was defamed, slandered, harassed, de-legitimized by the press, and yet he persisted; one of the greatest virology scientists and immunologists in France, who unfortunately has been forced into retirement. He built an amazing institute, the IHU, and we did benefit from Phillipe Brouqui sharing with us the experience of the IHU in the use of hydroxychloroquine, and in particular, his courage in speaking about the limitations of evidence-based medicine and randomized clinical trials in the face of an outbreak, and their (IHU) willingness to make the same decision I had made and focus on early treatment with repurposed drugs. And I think in retrospect, many of us will agree that was the wisest position taken, to focus on drug repurposing, not development of new vaccines and not seeking novel drugs. The IHU led the world in this, and had great success and also demonstrated that the vaccines have had no effect on the pandemic, unfortunately. But I think we all owe the institute. And Dr. Raoult, an enthusiastic thank you for their courage and fortitude in the face of all the obstacles and all of the derision that they've encountered for their guidance and leadership in pioneering the various treatments that revolved around use of hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin in particular. Dr. Pierre Kory (USA), my American colleague, stepped in then and spoke at length about Ivermectin, and gave us just a classic series of demonstrations about how the whole enterprise of the pharmaceutical industry and the academic publishing industry has been compromised throughout this COVID crisis in a way that we can now clearly see, particularly in the way they've mismanaged repurposed drugs and ivermectin in particular. And I certainly resonate with that. I have many examples with him of how the likes of the FDA have suppressed ivermectin very adequately. I saw what was going on during ACTIV-6 and I resigned. Jason Christoff (Canada) gave us what I think was one of the most important speeches here, from my perspective. As we think about going forward, Jason gave us clear demonstrations of how the media and information warfare technology has been weaponized and deployed against us. And he concludes that crimes were committed and psychology and psychological technology (including “Nudge” technology) was weaponized against the public, and that this must never happen again. This is one of the things that I feel most strongly about, is that somehow we need legislation that makes it clear that deploying fifth generation warfare technology, PSYOPs, psywar technology on civilian populations is absolutely not acceptable. And the bizarre thing is that the deploying of this technology has been justified on the basis that it's necessary to do this to preserve democracy. I argue the contrary is what's true, that this makes the concept of democracy obsolete. The idea of personal autonomy, of the ability of an individual to have personal sovereignty is completely negated in a world in which governments feel that it's acceptable to deploy modern PSYOPs technology on their own populations. It means that everything that we hold dear in terms of free speech and democracy and representation and the evolution of power down to the lowest level that it should be delegated to, which was a core principle upon which the European Union was founded, has been negated over the last three years. And we have seen that clearly. It's the theme that runs all the way through this meeting. Dr. Harvey Risch (USA) gave us great examples about the problems with the manipulation of data on the efficacy of vaccines. Dr. Byron Bridle (Canada), who I think has just been a hero all the way through this, also spoke. I don't think there's a better case study that I'm aware of, of how somebody has spoken truth, acted with integrity and dignity, and just been harassed mercilessly by his academic institution and his government than the example of Dr. Bridle over the last three years. But Byron has stood his ground. I think he's developed some nervous ticks over the last three years, but I think he's just been an amazing hero in what he's done in revealing the Pfizer/Japanese common technical document and so many other things. EP Member Francesca Donato (Italy) gave us a summary from the morning about the importance of truth, democracy, and freedom, which has been important to all of us since the beginning. I think those were excellent summary comments. And EP Member Mislav Kolakusic (Croatia), made the clear, unequivocal statement that physicians should define pandemics, not the World Health Organization. I think that's another thing we can all concur with. EP Member Christine Anderson (Germany) followed with an emphasis that the “official” EP COVID Committee reports are repeating. The COVID committee reports that have come out of this institution are repeating as accepted wisdom every single lie that we have encountered all the way through this outbreak. That report is really not valid. It is clearly biased. I could go on and on about the excellent presentations from Dr. Guiseppe Tritto (Italy), Dr. Natalia Prego (Spain), Professor Giovanni Frajese (Italy), Emmanuelle Darles (France) , Alejandro Diaz Villalobos (Mexico), giving us the perspective on the pediatric consequences of the mismanagement from Mexico. Dr. Kirk Milhoan (USA), my good friend, making it abundantly clear about the cardiac pathology associated with the COVID “vaccines”, the unnecessary deployment of these “vaccines” in pediatric populations and the excess mortality and morbidity that has been associated with that. And Dr. Rosanna Chifari (Italy) spoke about the fetal effects of the “vaccines” and that spike activates microglia in the brain, as well as the CNS consequences of this. Dr. Arne Berkhartd (Germany) spoke about damage to heart and lungs observed in his series of 75 autopsies. So we now have clear autopsy data, and excellent presentations from our pathologists, including my friend Dr. Ryan Cole (USA), about the effects of the COVID “vaccines” on cancer. We also had Vincent Pavan (France) speaking about the data concerning all-cause mortality in France. Supporting these observations were the all-cause mortality statistics of Dr. Theo Schetters (Netherlands) showing the correlation between the deployment of the vaccines and the waves of excess all-cause mortality in the elderly, which are perhaps the most clear and explicit demonstration of what is really a “re-challenge study” that I've ever seen. There should be no more doubt about the cause and effect relationship between mRNA vaccines and death. We have seen all of this noise about correlation does not prove causation. We've seen data from Theo and from Dr. Jessica Rose (Canada) and so many others that refute this thesis. And as Dr. Rose kindly points out, without screaming it to the roof, that the Bradford Hill criteria have been abundantly met here in demonstrating that this is a valid correlation. I could go on and on about the legal consequences and breaches that have occurred throughout the European Union and the world, as documented by Children's Health Defense and many others. Many other attorneys, both in the United States, in Australia, and throughout the European Union, Switzerland, are finally reaching the point where they're holding officials and hopefully pharmaceutical companies accountable. And I think that we will all be able to synergize as this discovery process moves forward. Then in conclusion we had what were frankly forward looking presentations, frankly from Drs. Meryl Nass (USA) and Katarina Lindley (Croatia), my good friends, an alert, the thing that you should take home, is that these new regulations, these International Health Regulation modifications that the WHO is trying to slip under the rug so that we don't pay attention to them, and unfortunately they've been promoted by the government that I'm a citizen of. And I can tell you that in my country, there is great consternation and disagreement about pushing these from this administration and our health and human services through the World Health Organization. I concur that the risk is substantial for basically a surreptitious power grab by a group that is not elected, is not representative, and has shown (for instance) in the Monkeypox outbreak as well as with this outbreak to not be responsible custodians of world health and human health.
