I think I definitely could have done better with the pull, technique wise; in regards to using more leg drive. Something I'll have to work on drilling that in to me again; as I find I tend to instinctively rely on my posterior chain, and forget to use my quads more. However, this moved quite well! Especially since my original plan was to go for 205-207.5 kgs, and I was thinking of taking it easier, as I was feeling not so strong, and was tired. My lower back and hips were definitely feeling it after this, though!
