Wim Hof breathing 3x40, ambient background music

Dear friends, this video is another experiment combining Wim Hof's breathing technique with a special type of music. This guided breathing session consists of 3 rounds of 40 breaths each, with an on-screen timer and counter.
Relaxing ambient music in the background will help you to go deeper with each retention.
Retention time starts from 1:30 and increases by 30 s every next breath hold.
