Wim Hof style guided breathing, 3x30 breath
Dear friends, this is another experimental Wim Hof-style guided breathing session consisting of 3 rounds of 30 breaths each, with an on-screen timer and counter.
A relaxing lucid dreaming music background will help you to go deeper with each retention.
Retention times start from 1:30 and increase by 30 s every next breath hold.
How to perform the technique:
- during the first and second inhale retention (which comes after longer exhale retentions) try to relax when keeping the air in your lungs; you will be guided to do so.
- during the third (the last) inhale retention, tilt your pelvis slightly forward squeezing your perineum and channeling energy up, then squeeze your diaphragm and chest, and lastly squeeze your throat creating the third energy lock. Concentrate on your third eye and enjoy your skull shining!
- Let it go and relax as instructed.

Unfortunately, due to some YT glitch, uninvited mid-roll ads appear on the video when playing it on devices that do not have an AdBlocker. These ads appear there automatically without my control and against my will as I do not even have an option to manage those mid-roll ads to switch them off.
If this happens to be the case for you, I invite you to check this rumble channel where I try to mirror my breathing videos for people to be able to watch/listen to uninterrupted versions:

Wim Hof breathing 4x40, Theta waves on the background
Dear friends, this is a guided breathing session consisting of 4 rounds of 40 breaths each, with an on-screen timer and counter.
You would need headphones/earphones to breathe/listen to this video. Its sound waves put different frequencies in the left and right ears, which causes the brain to get into a state of deep relaxation. The isochronic tones start from Alpha frequency during the first breath hold slowing down to deep Theta (corresponding to a deep meditative state) by rounds 3 and 4 and put you in a meditative nirvana...
Retention time starts from 1:30 and increases by 30s every next breath hold.

Turbo breathing - Nitric Oxide booster - Brown noise on holds
Dear friends, welcome to another experimental guided breathing session consisting of 3 rounds of 30 breaths each, accompanied by an on-screen timer and counter.
In this session, we will be performing active nose inhales, which will provide a boost of Nitric Oxide in your body and veins, resulting in explosive energy for the day and preparing you for any challenges you may face.
This breathing session is similar to the Wim Hof breathing technique, with the distinction that the inhale-exhale cycle takes longer, and the inhales are active and almost forceful, utilizing your nose.
Here's how to perform the technique:
- Visualize each inhale as a three-part action: first, engage your diaphragm to fill your lower section with oxygen; then, widen your ribcage and even your back muscles to expand your mid-section; and finally, let the air into your chest by expanding it.
- When exhaling, begin by releasing the air from your chest through your mouth. Avoid holding tension in your lips, but instead, gently tense your throat, making the airway slightly narrower than usual. Exhale freely, without forcefully expelling all the air from your lungs, leaving some residual air before the next inhale.
- For the first round, the breath hold retention time starts at 1 minute and 30 seconds, and it increases by 30 seconds with each subsequent breath hold.
We encourage you to comment below the video and share how this breathing technique variation affects your mood, well-being, and physical state!
Thank you for joining us in this guided breathing session. Let's begin and explore the transformative effects it can have.
