CIA built huge anti-Russian spy network in Ukraine – NYT

The CIA has turned Ukraine into one of its major assets in spying on Russia over the last decade following the 2014 Maidan coup, the New York Times revealed. According to the article, the Biden administration authorized spy agencies to provide support for ‘lethal operations against Russian forces’ on Ukrainian soil.
