I really did love the 2006 game. I got into during the 3DS ambassador program (Yes, hello! I am a 3DS ambassador, still am) So when a remake was announced, I was excited to go back and play this again. I know a lot of people who aren't stoked for remakes. But I love 'em. Slap a fresh coat of paint on these things and I'm ready to share these with my nieces and nephews! Let's go!

The voice is 100% human, me, Don Parker, a real person and a mighty fine American just looking to practice his craft. This is the end result of my practice recording session for a radio commercial for AquaRush Water Park, a place that doesn't exist.

So I decided to do something different from streaming a game like I normally would on a Monday night. I decided to do something creative and get back into my art. I decided to have some fun. I needed some VO practice and rather than scouring the internet for a script and debating what would be good to practice or not, I let ChatGPT be a tool and write a script for me. AquaRush Water Park isn't real and neither are AquaBites. This is the prompt I used. "Can you please write me an energetic 30 second radio commercial for a water park. This water park has all the attractions a water park could have. Slides, wave pool, lazy river, concert pavilion, and its latest attraction, a super fast chute. The park should also been known for a famous food item." This is the script I got, feel free to use it yourself. [Upbeat background music starts] Narrator (energetically): "Get ready for the ultimate water park experience! 🌊🎢 Come make a splash at AquaRush, where all your wildest water park dreams come true!" Sound effects: Children laughing and water splashing Narrator: "Feel the adrenaline rush as you soar down thrilling slides, twist and turn through the water tunnels, and take a plunge on the super fast chute—the newest heart-pounding attraction that'll leave you screaming for more!" Sound effects: Waves crashing Narrator: "Want to chill out? Dive into our massive wave pool and ride the gentle currents of our lazy river. It's relaxation redefined!" Sound effects: Concert music playing Narrator: "But the fun doesn't stop there! Catch your favorite bands and artists live at our concert pavilion, where good times and great music come together in one unforgettable experience!" Sound effects: Audience cheering Narrator: "And what's a day at AquaRush without indulging in our world-famous, mouth-watering food item? Sink your teeth into our signature 'AquaBite' - a delectable treat that'll leave your taste buds dancing with delight!" Sound effects: Crunching sounds Narrator: "So, what are you waiting for? Gather your family and friends, and head to AquaRush for a day of non-stop fun, excitement, and memories that'll last a lifetime!"
