Detoxification with Borax Crystal.
Beat Arthritis and Osteoporosis. That’s the title of the book by Dr Rex E. Newman.
About diseases that they say are incurable. This is not true, everything is possible but it does not apply to everyone !
Poor diet and poor food choices are often the root cause, also stress and too little sleep can be a major influence.
These factors can lead to a lack of Boron/Borax.
Boron naturally occurs in carrots, pears, apples, grapes, nuts and grains.
In the early eighties Dr Rex Newman discovered that healthy people need 6 milligrams of Boron per day and people who are Boron deficient and suffering from disease require 10 milligrams per day for recovery.
In populations where processed foods are not available more than sufficient Boron is present in their diet and people simply do not suffer from disease like people in the western world.
Almost all westerners have a lack of Borax/Boron.
Comparing regions of the world and testing the food in those regions Newman was able to show the number of cases of Arthritis and other illnesses that were common to these regions. For example, he found that in Jamaica the food didn’t contain sufficient Boron
(1 milligram) and 70% of the population had Arthritis. In the USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa food contained (1 to 2 milligrams) of Boron and 20% of these populations had Arthritis mostly in the elderly.
According to the author there is not yet enough sufficient evidence, but does indicate the direction we should be moving towards.
We should not lose sight of the combination and Synergy of different minerals.
What is borax?
Borax (sodium tetraborate hexahydrate or sodium borate) is a naturally-occurring mineral composed of sodium, boron, oxygen and water.
It has been used as a remedy for over 4000 years. Most commercially-produced borax is mined from deposits produced by the repeated evaporation of seasonal lakes.
It is found in large quantities in the Western United States,
in Mediterranean countries, Kazakhstan, and the Tibet region of China. Turkey is one of the largest commercial producers of borates.
Boron tends to concentrate in the bone, tooth enamel, nails, spleen and parathyroid gland. It is quickly and easily excreted, primarily through the urine.
This means a regular dietary source of boron is required, as few reserves are held in the body to cover periods of deficient boron intake.
A limited amount of boron is absolutely essential for good health. Here are some of its properties (at different concentrations):
Protect’s you from fluoride, Borax protects against the accumulation of fluorides in the body; is effective as an antidote in fluoride toxicity; and can remove fluorides from the body.
Anti-microbial. Borax is toxic to insects, parasites, protozoa and bacteria.
Fungicide. Effective against moulds and fungi, internally and externally. (17,18)
Anti-viral.
Hormone normaliser. Stimulates the production of hormones, stabilises estrogen, assists with insulin use and blood glucose control, triglyceride use and production of reactive oxygen.
With boron sufficiency, blood serum triglyceride levels are significantly lower. Estrogen replacement therapy may not be necessary.
Immune system enhancer. Promotes healing of wounds.
Reduction and control of inflammation
Aphrodisiacfor men and women. Boron stimulates the production of DHT and testosterone and normalises oestrogen.
Toxin removal. Chelator / protection from heavy matals Stabiliserof calcium, silicon, copper and magnesium levels, inhibitit calcification Boron sufficiency normalises calcium levels, preventing both abnormal calcium deposition and bone weakness.Boron sufficiency inhibits the accumulation of inorganic copper in the bones and prevents loss of bone.
Boron assists with the assimilation of various minerals, particularly calcium and silicon.
Those with insufficient boron in their diets may suffer a variety of bone, skin and connective tissue ailments. Insufficient body silicon is associated with rapid ageing.
Mental enhancement.
Improves attention, both short and long term memory, perception, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
Borax as a remedy
Borax has successfully been used as a remedy for a variety of ailments. You can use it for both prevention and treatment.
Rheumatoid artritisThis is an inflammatory autoimmune disease where the body attacks its own joints, causing degeneration and deformity. It is more common in women, and can occur at any age.
Often it develops into osteoarthritis.
Work by Prof Roger Wyburn-Mason identified an amoeba in the joint as the cause in certain susceptible people. Boron is an effective cure.
Osteoarthritis a wearing away of the joints, particularly those that have been subject to trauma, infection or over-use when injured.
It is more common in men. The cartilage or tough fibrous matter around the joint wears away and the bones rub against each other, causing pain and and further permanent damage to the joint.
Osteoperosis (decalcification of the bones) or osteopenia.
Other bone and connective tissue diseases such as Dupuytren’s disease.
Blood lipid disorders hypertension(high blood pressure), arterial diseases).
Obesity.
Swollen gums or loose teeth (pyorrhoea). This is a bit like arthritis of the teeth and gums.
Very effective for bladder infectionand urinary tract infection (UTI). For other infections apply topically or take internally diluted to the recommended dose.
Spondylitis (arthritis of the spine with inflammation in the joints). Calcium is lost from the spinal vertebrae, leading to fusion and disc degeneration. Spondylitis responds to mineral treatments, particularly boron.
Gout. Boron is an effective remedy.
Systemic lupus erythematosus.

23 uses for Boron/Boric Acid/Borax and counting
========================================
1. Yeast Infections, vaginitis and other bactericides and fungicides of skin and organs.
2. Eye Drops
Boric acid has been a common anti-bacterial in eye drops for over 70 years.
3. Ear Drops
Boric Acid is an effective antibiotic for the treatment of ear infections and pain relief.
4. Cancer Treatment.
Articles published in prominent Medical journals report the potential of boric acid in the treatment of certain cancers. Melanoma, Breast and Prostate Cancer studies have shown that boric acid can cause cancer cell apoptosis and prevent tumor growth.
Apoptosis is a process by which abnormal cells are killed by the body and cancer cells are typically immune to apoptosis as the body doesn't recognize them as abnormal. But recent studies are showing that boric acid opens certain cancers to apoptosis, which means, they become known to the body as abnormal cells and the body then kills them naturally.
5. Anti-fungal meds.
It kills candida fungus and is used on fingernail and toenail fungus. It also kills more drug-resistant forms of candida glabrada.
6. Flea control in carpets.
Just sprinkle a light dusting of boric acid on your carpet and it will kill fleas and any eggs that hatch. It will not kill adults however.
7. As a mold and fungus killer.
Mix a little boric acid and soap in water and use it as a cleaner. It will kill mold, mildew and fungus which cause illness and allergies.
8. Antiseptic
Boric acid mixed in distilled water is a very effective antiseptic.
9. Cold Sores
Boric acid ointment can shorten a cold sore infection by up to 1/3 of the time.
10. Acne

Biofilm
A biofilm is an syntrophic community of microorganisms in which cells stick to each other and often also to a surface. These adherent cells become embedded within a slimy extracellular matrix that is composed of extracellular polymeric substances
Microbial Primer: An introduction to biofilms – what they are, why they form and their impact on built and natural environments
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7615007/
WHAT IS A BIOFILM?
The first observation of biofilms has been retrospectively credited to Antonie van Leeuwenhoek, a Dutch scientist in the 17th century, who used a simple homemade microscope to observe microbial communities in dental plaque and other environments.
He noted that this material was composed of numerous micro- organisms and described them as ‘animalcules’.
The term ‘biofilm’ was introduced in the early 1970s by microbiologist J. William Costerton and colleagues,
who were studying the bacterial communities that form on surfaces in aquatic environments.
They found that these communities were not simply random aggregates of individual cells, but instead were highly organized structures with specialized adaptive functions, such as nutrient uptake, waste removal and protection from environmental stressors. It is now accepted that the hallmark of a biofilm is the embedding of micro- organisms within a matrix of extracellular polymeric substances that is produced by the constituent cells and additionally accumulates material (e.g. metals, salts) from the surrounding environment.
The biofilm matrix comprises polysaccharides, proteins (many of which can be fibrous or form other higher- order forms), extracellular DNA and RNA, lipids and other biomolecules that collectively form a protective and adhesive layer around the community (Fig. 1).
The specific matrix materials vary greatly and depend on the resident microbes and environmental conditions. For instance, Pseudomonas aeruginosa can produce at least three unique biofilm exopolysaccharides, and matrix production in Bacillus subtilis varies both with the isolate being examined and environmental factors such as temperature.
WHY DO MICROBES FORM BIOFILMS? Biofilms exhibit emergent properties that arise from the interactions between the micro- organisms that make up the community, as well as between the micro- organisms and their environment.
These emergent properties provide benefits to the microbial community, beyond the benefit to any individual cell (Fig. 1). Some of the best- studied emergent properties include the following.
(1) Adhesion and structure. Biofilms form on a variety of surfaces, both biotic and abiotic, and can create stable and robust attachments, making removal difficult and hence enhancing survival.
Mature biofilms are 3D space- occupying structures with complex architectures.
This causes spatial gradients and distinct microenvironments that can vary in nutrient availability, oxygen concentration and pH.
Biofilms … and QUORUM SENSNG
A biofilm is an aggregate of bacteria in which cells adhere to each other on a surface.
These bacterial cells are frequently embedded within a self-produced matrix of extracellular polymeric substances [EPS]
When a bacterial cell switches to the biofilm mode of growth, it undergoes a phenotypic shift in behavior in which large groups of genes are regulated differentially.
Many species of bacteria including Borrelia burgdorferi [Bb] which is the bacteria that causes LYME DISEASE use quorum sensing to coordinate gene expression according to the density or number of that kind of bacteria in their local population.
QUARUM SENSING:
Quarum sensing serves as a communication network. Bacteria that use quorum sensing constantly produce and secret certain signaling molecules called autoinducers [pheromones].
Quarum sensing biofilm forming bacteria cannot respond to their own chemicals, so in order for their own gene transcription to be activated, the bacteria must encounter signaling molecules secreted by other cells of its kind in its environment.
For more information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quorum_sensing
The development of a biofilm may allow for the cell colonies to become increasingly antibiotic resistant.
Dr Alan MacDonald, a well-known member of ILADS, is given credit for discovering the role of biofilms in protecting Lyme disease causing spirochetes [Bb] from antibiotics and/or organic bactericides.
This is one of many issues pertaining to chronic LYME DISEASE that makes these bacteria so hard to kill.

‘Theragrippers’, Nanotech Parasites Arrive
Johns Hopkins University Nanotech engineers have successfully created dust sized machines that clamp onto a host’s intestines and then deliver a medical payload over hours.
Inspired by a parasitic hookworms they have studied, when the device is exposed to internal body temperatures, it closes and grips the intestinal wall. In the gripper’s center is a space for a small dose of any drug which can then be released.
The devices lose their grip after two or more hours and are flushed out of the system but in that time have done their job.
They are made of metal and thin, shape-changing film and coated in a heat-sensitive paraffin wax,
Normal constriction and relaxation of GI tract muscles make it impossible for conventional extended-release drugs to stay in the intestine long enough for the patient to receive the full dose.
“We’ve been working to solve this problem by designing these small drug carriers that can autonomously latch onto the intestinal mucosa and keep the drug load inside the GI tract for a desired duration of time.”
Theragrippers, don’t rely on electricity, wireless signals or external controls. Instead,
they operate like small, compressed springs with a temperature-triggered coating on the devices that releases the stored energy autonomously at body temperature.
A marine cryptomonad, posssibly Chroomonas species,
The cells measure 8-9 um in length. Two flagella emerge from an anterior vestubulum.
There is double row of ejectosomes associated with the gullet. There is bilobed blue-green chloroplast and a single pyrenoid.

Biofilm layers are found on many farm surfaces such as feeding equipment, animal housing and milking equipment.
Roughly 90% of bacteria found on a farm is found in a biofilm layer. Read Crystal Creek's article on the formation of biofilm layers and sanitation here:
