Julian Assange is arguably the most significant journalist and publisher of our time. He is currently in his fifth year in the high security prison of Belmarsh, South East London for exposing accurate and damning accounts of US war crimes.

#DayX is the new public hearing date for Julian #Assange.

This is the last chance to stop his Extradition to the United States where he faces a 175 year sentence -- an effective death sentence.

During this marathon livestream we'll provide you with a complete overview of what Julian Assange is facing at the two day public hearing that starts on the 20th Feb at 8:30 am GMT, and continues today, Feb. 21st.

We will then be going live from outside the Royal Courts of Justice in London, with periodic updates from reporters who are covering the case.

Yesterday, Julian Assange was reportedly too ill to attend his own extradition hearing in person, or even via video link from prison. His health is deteriorating rapidly, according to his wife Stella. "If Julian is extradited, he will die," Stella says.

It's Now or Never.
