Warm up: 6 minutes–30 seconds of each exercise x 2
March on spot
Hip opener 
Step-back heel planter
Leg kicks across
Elbow to knee
Chest expansions 
 
Main workout: 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off, x 4 sets
1.Bodyweight squat 
2. Standing Calf-Raise Wall
3.Strider/lunge 
4. March on the spot 
5. Side step-outs 
6. High knees with pull-down 
 
Cool down/recovery: Straight into cool down stretches 
Standing Inner Thigh 
Standing quad stretch 
Standing Calf Stretch 
Standing double hamstring and lower back
