How at the root of these conditions, through a radical change in our diet 10,000 years ago during the agricultural revolution, have caused a significant shift in our eating habits. As a species we have evolved but our fundamental biochemistries have not. Hear how the modern diet and the excessive consumption of refined carbohydrates can lead to a number of long term and complex health consequences that can be reversed by specific diet, supplementation and lifestyle changes.
