In Jesus - 3

Almost 300 times in the New Testament, the phrase In Christ, In Jesus, In Him, or something similar is used to indicate people who are Christians, people who are baptized, people who are in the Kingdom of God. At one point, Jesus tells us that we can do nothing if we are not living in Jesus and letting Him live His life in and through us.

It's easy to visualize the concept of letting Jesus live His life in and through us. But, being IN Jesus? What does that really mean? How does it change how we live our lives and how does it benefit us in our daily life? Is it true that Jesus said that those who are NOT in Jesus will go to Hell? This teaching explores what the Bible says about being IN Jesus.

Part 1 of this teaching explains what Jesus meant when He said that humans are gods. Part 2 shows from scripture how we are supposed to cultivate a one-flesh like (one-spirit?) relationship with Jesus. Part 3 shares several stories about how being IN Jesus gives us a Heavenly perspective on life.
