Easy Shawarma chicken BBQ recipe, delicious Weber grilled chicken recipe

Sassy shops at Trader Joe's all the time and the best thing about that store is the selection of pre-marinated dishes, meats, and all kinds of goodies she brings home to try on our BBQ. We took one such package of pre-marinated shawarma chicken thighs and grilled them on the Weber 22 inch charcoal grill. Our kettle barbecue is awesome! I used real wood chunks such as pecan and cherry over Ridge charcoal for that perfect amount of smoke.
A perfect side dish to go along with this easy chicken shawarma recipe is seasoned steamed rice and mixed veggies. Our rice cooker is a must! If you don't have one you are doing it the hard way! Sassy added butter, parsley, garlic salt and a pinch of bruschetta. That's all it needed for a great taste to go along with this awesome shawarma chicken recipe!
