Cleanse Wrap Up!

First time doing the cleanse in a group, first time successfully using CDS the way you do it (ice water in glass jar). YAY! I did the full moon and new moon weeks with a break in between, mostly to let the Herx symptoms abate (primarily cystic acne, and a weird rash under my left boob - heart worms?!). It was awesome having yours and the group’s support! I feel it really helped me find the right dose of 8-10 drops/day, how often to use binders/castor oil (3x/week), and how to be gentle with myself as I walked the cleansing path. I plan to start the next round next week during the full moon, and I have the courage and tools to do it again and learn even more as I reclaim my sovereignty!!! Thanks so much, Alexia!!! 🙏😇💖✨
