Cooking beef chuck roast poor mans brisket air fryer ninja foodi liquid smoke thermopro tempspike wireless thermometer

Its cold here in Southern Ohio and I really want to smoke some meat! So follow along with me while I test out if I can use my air fryer like a smoker - or at least get similar results? 🤷‍♂️
