Preparing Certified Seed Potatoes for planting. Cut large seed potatoes into smaller chunks with at least one "eye" per chunk. Leave smaller ones whole for planting. Place in paper sack and dust with Horticultural Wettable Sulfer Powder to prevent rotting and fungal diseases. Allow to dry out a bit before planting.
