Travel Day: The Meals

Travel days are like any other, just with longer breaks between meals. I say, “meals” as in, Protein PLUS (insert food) and I say “breaks because it’s NOT that important “fasting,” I just don’t snack.

Like I mentioned in my travel tips video, training today was just maintenance which for me means conditioning and toes to bar. Following that was my 6-7x scoop shake with Gatorade. It’s been in the fridge since overnight so it’s triple thick. Took me like half an hour to enjoy like protein ice cream 🍨

I’ll do a video at some point going into the timing portion but I hit the airport and “dress” my lunch before security, and have it on the flight ✈️

I land and make 2 stops, first at the supplement shop to get protein for this side and at Sprouts for celery and BBQ sauce.

Then I check into the hotel and divide the leftovers I brought in my lunchbox with ice packs into a dinner and a lunch for Sunday.

The evening is bookended with Texas Whole Foods Chicken and Broccoli with Arizona Sprouts Celery and BBQ Sauce.

Same ish, different day with a plane ride in the middle 🤷🏿‍♂️
