I tested my one rep max on the big three lifts Bench press, Squat and Deadlift 💪💪💪To workout my combined total.
This is a starting point and I hope to come back to this in 12 months time and see where I have improved.👊👊👊
My Deadlifts definitely need work I have the least experience with this exercise and I'm working on it.
