- Gout is the accumulation of Uric Acid crystal clumps (Tophi) in
joints, soft tissues, ankles, knees, organs, and foot, especially (Big toe)
(Monosodium Urate)

- Excessive Fructose & Alcohol consumption. = High
- ATP = AMP = IMP = XMP = GMP = GDP / GTP = Xanthine = Uric Acid
- Adenotriphosphate, Monom InosineMono, Guanosine Mono, Di, Tri

- Dr. Richard Johnson on the Polyol pathway
- Glucose can be converted into Fructose
- Glucose = Sorbitol = Fructose = Xylitol = Xylulose = Glyceraldehyde
- Enters the Purines Metabolism Cycle.

- Organs, Seafoods, Meats, and some veggies breakdown into Purines. = Low
- Enters the Purines Metabolism cycle.

- Uric Acid Filtered by Kidneys and then peed out.

What to do?
- Reduce Sugar, Carbs, Fruits, and Alcohol. = Too much may cause excessive Uric Acid.
- Less uric acid = Lower Glycemic Index Foods
- Gives the Kidneys more time to filter Uric Acid to be peed out.
- Drink more water. 70oz-100oz daily.
- More Potassium, this electrolyte helps excrete more Uric Acid.
- More Zinc , ZIP8 Transporter moves Uric Acid to Kidneys.
- Zinc deficiency linked to higher Uric Acid levels.
