Curious Kittens Gather For A Game Of Hungry Hungry Hippos

Remember that song? The Hungry Hungry Hippos game has been around for 40 years, enticing kids both young and old! Nothing could have been more more interesting that struggling to catch more marbled on that platform than you other three buddies.

Kids could play that game for hours on end and it would always end differently. But what would happen if someone else got their paws on the game, say, cats maybe? Four curious rescue kittens in Sao Paulo, Brazil, decided to try their shot at the game, but they won’t listen to anyone telling them they should play with the hippos, not their paws!

The marbles rolling around on the deck are more fun that the colorful mock hippos on all four sides. Each cat takes her turn, smacking and rolling the tiny balls around, but not scoring a single one. Why won’t they listen?

Their hooman tries to show them how they should play Hungry Hungry Hippos, but the cats all look at her like she has antlers for ears. The woman presses the lever on the back of Veggie Pottamus several times, but not one feline budges to learn.

It’s a ‘live and let live’ type of scenario.
