Judge Rejects Challenge to Mail-in Ballots in North Dakota

A lawsuit challenging North Dakota’s mail-in ballot law, which permits ballots to be counted up to 13 days post-Election Day, was dismissed by U.S. District Court Judge Daniel Traynor.
