Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the recent ruling from the the Supreme Court of Dutchess County New York, where the Court has denied a challenge to the States' Red Flag law. This ruling, sort of a first of its kind, is the first real opinion to examine Red Flag laws under the Bruen analysis. One would think that the answer is quite obvious, but you might be surpised how the Court got to where it wanted to go.
