Ingredients for 8 people:
• Onions: 2 pieces
• Ground beef: 1 kilogram
• Tomatoes: 3 pieces
• Garlic: 2 cloves
• All-purpose flour: 4 tablespoons
• Semolina flour: 4 tablespoons
• Red pepper, black pepper, and turmeric: 1 teaspoon each
• Salt, sumac, and baking soda: 1 teaspoon each
• Infused saffron: 3 tablespoons
• Lemon: 1 piece
• Onions and parsley for garnish, as needed
Stage One: To prepare the delicious kebab rolls, start by finely grating the onions and garlic. Mix the ground beef with half a lemon's juice, red pepper, black pepper, turmeric, all-purpose flour, semolina flour, salt, sumac, and knead well in a suitable bowl.

Stage Two: In this stage, shape the meat mixture into cylindrical forms and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Then, place a suitable pan on low heat, add some vegetable oil, and arrange the kebab rolls in the pan, cooking them until they are completely browned.

Stage Three: Next, mix chopped onions, parsley, a pinch of salt, and fresh lemon juice and set aside. Peel and finely chop the tomatoes. Remove the cooked kebab rolls from the pan and add the chopped tomatoes.

Stage Four: In this stage, add a pinch of salt and black pepper to the pan and sauté until the tomatoes are fully cooked and mashed. Now, soak the lavash bread in the tomato sauce and place a kebab roll on it, garnishing it with some onion and parsley.
