Darren, now that the classic "Governmental Incompetence" card ("didn't want to cause panic") has been formally played, the children crossing the street you highlighted before is magnified exponentially since inherent in this explanation is that a decision was made that not causing a panic was more important than the lives of these children. No way around this fact. It strikes me that it would be very interesting to ask the parents and/or other family members to weigh in on this explanation. I suspect that even in DC the hatred of Donald Trump may not include sacrificing their own children.... Keep up the good work.

The so-called bomber can be seen purposely staying within camera range in the first sequence of video, and then can be seen glancing up directly at another positioned camera in the second sequence where the so-called bomb was placed. Interesting excuse idea that the agents didn't want to create a panic, and that includes their own panic as they don't move away from the bomb.
