Fish Rolls Chinese Oriental Recipe By NAELONION

Fish Roll recipe

Ingredients
500 grams mackerel fish paste
1 egg white
150 grams ice water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp mushroom bouillon
50 grams tapioca flour
Beancurd sheet

Sweet, sour and hot souce:
2 tbsp chili sauce
5 big red chilies
1.5 tbsp sugar
1/3 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic
1.5 tbsp lime juice or 1 tsp vinegar
300 ml water
Cornstarch water (2 tsp cornstarch mix with 2 tbsp water)
