1.5 tbsp red yeast rice
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp cooking rice wine
5 tbsp garlic
4 tbsp sugar
2/3 tsp salt
1 tbsp mushroom bouillon
1 tbsp ground white pepper
1 tsp five spice powder
2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp vegetable oil
500 ml water

Ingredients
500 grams mackerel fish paste
1 egg white
150 grams ice water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp ground white pepper

5 big red chilies

Cornstarch water (2 tsp cornstarch mix with 2 tbsp water)
