River Flooding

TMoLR Texas visits the Brazos and San Bernard Rivers following 3 days of heavy rainfall in southeast Texas. This is by no means a "historical flood". The purpose is to show the effects of heavy rain on the unhealthy San Bernard River. The program also takes a quick look at the same rain event and the effects on the Brazos River.
