‘A war has been declared on Russian sports,’ the Russian Olympic Committee claims. It has slammed the sports arbitration court decision regarding Kamila Valieva’s case and vows to respond. The reaction came after the court ruled to disqualify the figure skating star for four years and to strip the Russian figure skating team of its gold medal from the 2022 Beijing Olympics.
