Piloto: Coronel Robin Olds, , Era un "triple as", con un total combinado de 17 victorias aereas, en la Segunda Guerra Mundial (13) y la Guerra de Vietnam (4), en la 2º GM conseguiría tambien 11,5 aviones destruidos en tierra. Elevado en dos ocasiones al mando de alas de caza durante el conflicto de Vietnam, Olds es considerado entre los historiadores de la aviación y sus pares, como el mejor comandante de ala de la Guerra de Vietnam.
