Lot's of people ask me, "What is The Hybrid Agent?" I tell them the word "Hybrid" is the combination of 2 elements. The Hybrid Agent is simply a combination of the best of traditional full-service real estate models and a modern commission model. Simply put, we charge less for doing the exact same things as other real estate agents, and we get better results. Technology has forever changed the way people buy and sell real estate. It used to be if you wanted to buy or sell a house, you had to go to the agents to find out what it was worth, etc. But now buyers and sellers go online first, and by doing so, eliminate much of the work that an agent used to do. So if that's the case, why would you still pay agents the same commission as before when the agent did all the work? It just doesn't make any sense.
