We all know how our pets dogs show emotion! They open their eyes when they anticipate something, wag their tail when they are happy and flatten their ears to the backs of their heads when they are sad. But did you know that our dogs can also smile?Show more

That’s right! Doggy smiles could come from anticipating a pleasurable event, like seeing the bowl full of kibble approaching or from simply enjoying a moment outside. But in terms of what we define as a smile, seeing a dog with his teeth bare or mouth open, tongue hanging out and face wrinkly doesn’t necessarily mean that the canine is smiling at you. However, in this instance, we think it is pretty safe to say that the pooch in this video is very much happy to be on the sofa with her best friend!

Shiloh the Husky can’t stop smiling in this funny footage. What a face! Why should she stop smiling? She is right where she belongs, where she is loved and cared for and her siblings are right there with her. Life could not be better! And she looks like a doll while she’s doing it!
