Apple Oats protein smoothie 🍎

If you are looking for an alternative to banana based smoothies or do not have any frozen fruits available then look no further.

Here are the ingredients:

🍎 1 Chopped Apple
🍎 1/4 cup Oats
🍎 4-5 soaked almonds
🍎 1 tbsp peanut butter
🍎 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
🍎 1 tbsp Honey/ Maple syrup (optional)
🍎 3/4 cup plant based or dairy milk
(Using skimmed milk here)
🍎 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
🍎 Ice cubes
