Welcome to Syntheyes for artists. Created for the visual artist, to help you get the most out of Syntheyes to create accurate 3D camera solves to use in your own Visual Effects. With over 15 years of experience using Syntheyes professionally, we will focus on the most useful tools and creative workflows and only get into the technicals when necessary. From lens distortion, image preprocessing and different tracking techniques, to object tracking, placing geometry accurately and real world scaling and coordinate systems and of course plenty of tips.

This course is designed for beginner to intermediate artists who have a basic understanding of what 3D tracking is, even if you have never done 3D Tracking before. We will be going over the basics very quickly and get right into how to solve 3d cameras.

We are offering 2 tiers to the course.

The 101 course which is the core class. With everything you need to know to get started in Syntheyes and plenty of tips and tricks to help you get accurate camera solves.

And the masterclass. Which is everything in the 101 course plus lifetime updates which means an ever expanding course, example shots, a private forum for questions, advice and even uploading shots for analysis and problem solving. Since the acquisition of Syntheyes by Boris FX, we expect to see new tools and updates to Syntheyes. The masterclass will stay up to date with future releases.
