Backyard American Goulash Recipe

Nothing says comfort like a warm bowl of American goulash, and this recipe is so easy to make and so dang good! In this video, I'm taking a trip down memory lane and recreating the goulash my dad used to make when I was a kid in the early 70s. It starts with some 80/20 ground beef and onions, cooked down until tender and flavorful. Then, we add in some garlic, beef broth, fire-roasted tomatoes, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and a jalapeno for a little heat. After 20 minutes of simmering, we toss in some elbow macaroni and top it off with melted Monterey jack cheese. Trust me, this dish is the bomb and you've got to try making it yourself!
