Cookie cutter fad diets don't work... because you are UNIQUE!

You see... underneath, we each have toxicities and deficiencies that play out differently.

God made each one of us uniquely, and we believe He's given each one of us a unique path in terms of the joys and sufferings we will experience in this world.

With your health journey, it all comes down to you and what toxins you are storing in your body, in your liver especially, but also in your other organs (because those affect your hormones and digestion and your whole system).

How do you flush those out? How do you get those toxins out of your body? Your unique-to-you diet plays a key role here!

And also... what deficiencies you have, especially minerals, that are essential under normal conditions (and they're depleted in soil, so everybody needs them), but are needed in greater quantities when you have toxicities.

Again, your diet is key here... along with a few key simple supplements where necessary.

I hope this sounds freeing to you... because it is!

How does Eat God's Way fit into all this? Well, there's no other way of eating that is so easily customizable to what YOU need individually.

Because... Eat God's Way recipes and methods use high-quality, simple whole foods along with cooking methods from Bible Times that save you money and time, while providing nutritious, digestible, and delicious meals and snacks for your family.

You eat the foods that work for you and prepare them using God's methods... and voila. You're healing instead of hurting.

If you or anyone you know would like to learn more about cooking and eating this way, I share more in my free Eat God's Way book... plus I give you simple and easy sample recipes in the companion cookbook. Both books are FREE.

BTW it's NOT rule-based. We eat this way to give God glory and honor His design for our nourishment.

God bless you! 🥰
