Sculling is one of the most beneficial and hardest drills to do for beginner swimmers. It's using your forearms to propel you forwards by rotating the pitch of the hand and using your forearms to push water backwards by moving side to side. I'll break down all the moves and help you integrate it into your training so you can have a stronger catch and overall pull.

I am a triathlete who has a long history of swimming. Swam for BYU and was a high school All American. I have been a private stroke technique coach for over 10 years and have been working with triathletes for 3 years now. I am a member of Team Zoot Affiliate Triathlon Team.

If you like what you see, please consider donating. This is a "pay what you want" kind of thing, helps avoid issues with accountants and whatnot. As a basis, if we were to do an in-person lesson, I'd charge $50/hour. It's quite a deal compared to lots of other triathlete coaches :D So yea, if you can donate, please do. It really helps me out with triathlon expenses and other things like buying my kids milkshakes.

If you can't donate, then please let me know what you think and like and subscribe to the video/channel. I'm working to "up my game" so to speak and try and emulate what they do at Effortless swimming, but charge MUCH LESS than they do.

If you have the funds to do so, consider becoming a member for a monthly donation.
