We live a in fast world where it seems there is not even a minute to sit quietly for a short moment and listen to our heart. Where am I going? Do I like my life or do I want to change something? Will I dare to change my life?

In this and following videos I am sharing my story of ten years with ulcerative colitis and how I successfully knocked it out of the way. This is my personal experience and opinion. I truly hope that this and subsequent videos can help other people fight this disease. You can heal yourself.
