Having spent over 30 yrs in LE I have seen first hand how these corrupt judges ignore and abuse the law for political purposes. WA State among others is a purge t example of the corruption of courts up to and including their supreme Ct. They have ignore multiple citizens initiatives and the US and State Constitutions to impose their ideals.

The title of this piece is poorly written. The guest seems to be very intelligent and understands law on a level that really helps people.

She made many general statements ... in fact, her whole presentation was based on general statements ... but she offered no specific, concrete examples. Those examples would be helpful. Anybody can claim the process is rigged. One has to show how.

A lot of generalities here, but no specifics about what rights they are violating and what precisely her bill does to rectify it. She mentions family court, but she says nothing about judges taking away people's children, which is the most serious thing they do and serves as the first step for violating other rights. (This is detailed far more precisely in my book, Taken Into Custody: The War Against Fathers, Marriage, and the Family (www.StephenBaskerville.com.) A lot of lawyers will profess outrage about the violation of people's rights in the courts in order to bring in legal changes that will allow them to violate more rights more easily. I am also not sure that I trust Bannon to confront judicial corruption forthrightly.
