Its not always an indication to run straight for a medical fix. You may have had a food high in salt, or you are retaining water for some reason.
If you are determined to make the lifestyle change, then dandelion root may work for you. Its a natural diuretic with a TON of benefits. The extract is strong and can be used for more urgent needs, but the tea is ideal for more regular use, during your cycle when you tend to be more bloated etc.
It can work for blood pressure and just general bloating and water retention 🤓
Its a diuretic so please drink water so you don’t get dehydrated. And be on the look out for signs of electrolyte imbalance.

Tartarian Tea
Jiaogulan (Gynostemma) grows in a number of Asian countries, the earliest historical documentation of the herb comes from China, at the beginning of the Ming Dynasty.
In 1406, the physician Zhu Xiao described and sketched Jiaogulan in his book Materia Medica.
Gynostemma is a vine that grows wild and has been used traditionally as a heart tonic and energy booster. Studies have shown that it may help to lower cholesterol, blood pressure, and heart rate. Gynostemma is also rich in antioxidants, containing more than eighty saponins that help prevent cancer and increase immune functions. It is available as a tea or in supplement form.
Have you tried Gynostemma tea?
